सीमलवाड़ा स्थित चौरासी विधानसभा क्षेत्र के सबसे बड़े सरकारी अस्पताल सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र (सीएचसी) की स्थिति चिंताजनक बनी हुई है। 50 बेड के इस अस्पताल में 9 डॉक्टरों के पद स्वीकृत हैं, लेकिन वर्तमान में केवल 3 डॉक्टर ही सेवाएं दे रहे हैं।
सोनोग्राफी मशीन होते हुए भी सोनोलॉजिस्ट नहीं होने से गर्भवती महिलाओं को निजी अस्पतालों या गुजरात जाना पड़ रहा है। हड्डी रोग, बाल रोग व दंत चिकित्सक के अभाव में दुर्घटनाग्रस्त और गंभीर मरीजों को रेफर करना मजबूरी बन गया है।
स्थानीय लोगों ने सीएचसी को उप जिला चिकित्सालय में क्रमोन्नत करने की मांग की है, ताकि विशेषज्ञ सेवाएं बढ़ें और मरीजों का बाहर जाना रुके।

The condition of the Community Health Center (CHC) in Seemalwara, the largest government hospital in the Chaurasi assembly constituency, remains a cause for concern. This 50-bed hospital has 9 sanctioned doctor positions, but currently, only 3 doctors are providing services.
Despite having a sonography machine, the lack of a sonologist is forcing pregnant women to go to private hospitals or to Gujarat. Due to the absence of orthopedic, pediatric, and dental specialists, referring accident victims and seriously ill patients has become unavoidable.
