Vietnamese Kopi Luwak : The Civet Coffee from Weasel ?

🤑 Someone told me that in one of the mountains around Dalat there is the most expensive coffee shop in Vietnam ☕. So knowing that the Vietnamese coffee is generally mostly Robusta coffee, I wanted to know more about it and here I am today in this video with my friend the civet to tell you about the organic arabica coffee 🌱 which is the result of digestion by the civet and its defecation 💩.

🙈 The civet, also called weasel or more technically for coffee the Kopi Luwak, is this small animal that will feed partly on coffee and that some specialists consider as the best coffee. So it's all a matter of taste, as far as I'm concerned coffee is good but from there to raise it as the best type of coffee in the world, I don't give my opinion 😉.

⛰️ In this tour we visit one of the Arabica coffee farms and plantations located on the popular Lam Dong mountain a few kilometres from Dalat to taste this coffee. One of the important criteria is that in this Arabica coffee farm and plantation, as they focus on quality more than quantity, the weasels are very well treated, have room and can have a varied diet based on chicken soup, bananas to alternate with coffee consumption 🍌.
