But it wasn't until I told them my injury was trauma that they finally started pointing me in the right direction.

What I eventually uncovered was that my chronic pain wasn’t just physical — it was repressed childhood trauma stored deep in my fascia. This is the story of how I finally started healing, both physically and emotionally.
