The autopsy report in the RG Kar Medical College and Hospital rape and murder case has unveiled chilling details. The 31-year-old trainee doctor, found dead on August 9 in the seminar hall, suffered from 14 injuries across various parts of her body, including her head, neck, arms, and genitals. The report notes that blood was oozing from her eyes due to glass shards. It confirms sexual assault through forceful penetration and attributes the cause of death to manual strangulation with smothering. The death has been classified as homicide.
