Recipe:
Bake chicken breasts. Let cool and cube. Dehydrate at 145 for 6-12 hours. Length of time will vary based on how small you cube the chicken. This might take 20 minutes of work?
Get fresh, frozen veggies and dehydrate them according to your dehydrator instructions. This should take 5 minutes of work.
Combine ingredients and separate into portions. Store in jar or bag. I vacuum seal and freeze for longer life.
(Since this has meat, it should be frozen. It only take a fraction of the freezer space, though. If you want to add the protein fresh, you can keep a shelf-stable version that you can use for any type of protein.)
All told the prep is maybe 30 minutes for 8 meals over a couple of days.
