재료
불린당면 150g, 양배추 2장(60g), 표고버섯 2장, 느타리버섯 1줌(50g), 불린목이버섯 20g,피망 1/2개, 당근 30g, 파프리카 1/2개, 소금, 후추가루, 식용유, 참기름, 통깨 약간씩
당면양념
간장 3큰술, 설탕 1.5큰술, 물엿 1큰술, 다시마 1장, 물 1/2컵
만드는 법
1.양배추, 표고버섯, 피망, 당근, 파프리카는 채썬다.
2.느타리버섯과 목이버섯은 손으로 먹기좋게 찢는다.
3.팬에 식용유를 두르고 표고버섯, 느타리버섯, 목이버섯, 양배추, 당근, 파프리카, 피망순서로 볶아서 소금, 후추가루로 간을 한다.
4.채소를 따로 담아두고 팬에 불린당면과 당면양념을 넣어 볶아주듯이 익힌다.
5.당면이 익으면 볶아놓은 채소를 넣고 섞어서 후춧가루, 참기름, 통깨를 넣어 섞는다.
Ingredients
150g soaked glass noodles
2 cabbage leaves (60g)
2 shiitake mushrooms
A handful of oyster mushrooms (50g)
20g soaked wood ear mushrooms
1/2 bell pepper
30g carrot
1/2 paprika
Salt and black pepper (a pinch each)
Cooking oil, sesame oil, and sesame seeds (a pinch each)
Glass Noodle Seasoning:
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1.5 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon corn syrup
1 sheet kelp
1/2 cup water
Instructions
1)Slice the cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, bell pepper, carrot, and paprika thinly.
2)Tear the oyster mushrooms and wood ear mushrooms into bite-sized pieces by hand.
3)Heat cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the shiitake mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, wood ear mushrooms, cabbage, carrot, paprika, and bell pepper in sequence. Season with salt and black pepper.
4)Set aside the vegetables, and in the same pan, stir-fry the soaked glass noodles with the seasoning mixture until cooked.
5)Once the noodles are ready, add the stir-fried vegetables and mix well. Finish by adding black pepper, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
