I got this from an old neighbor a while back.
Description from box: I may look like an ordinary Christmas Wreath but I spring to life when somone walks by or makes a noise. I sing Christmas carols and Holiday greetings! My animated lighted eyes and mouth move in sync with the song and phrases.
We use specially designed electronics to synchronize the motion of the mouth to the words or phrase. This creates the realistic impression as if the character is singing and talking.
