The first two stanzas of this song were composed by me on April 7th, 2018, and yet, I kept feeling inside, that it was not complete. Then, on the 8th morning, the words of the last stanza came rushing into my head. Only after it was completed, did I feel a sense of satisfaction. Below are the lyrics of the song in Devanagari script.
मयूरपिञ्छ शिखि सुन्दर रूप
बृन्दावनसञ्चारी।।
कटि पीतवसन सुरुचिर भूषण धर।
कण्ठे वनमालाधर सर्वाड़्गसुन्दर।
कौस्तुभ मण्यलड़्कृत वक्षस्स्थले स्थविरे।
कुटिल कुन्तल मधुर वेणुरवकारी रासविहारी।।
मायानाटक सूत्रधारी।
मृदन्वित मुखे मातरं ब्रह्माण्ड दर्शनकारी।
महत्याः वृष्टेर्व्रजजनानवति गोवर्धनधारी।
मदभड़्गित वासव वन्द्य गोविन्द मुरारी आश्रित हितकारी।।
अघनरकाद्यसुराणां दुष्टानां चान्तकारी।
अपरभक्तगणान् अभयप्रदात हरि।
अभिनव नवनीतचोर! रमणीय विग्रहधारि!
आपदतः अद्य मामवतु मम मानसहारी हृदयविहारी।।
