• 1 egg yolk
• 1 tbsp cake flour
• 1 tbsp cornstarch

• 2 eggs
• 2 apples
(1 for inside the batter, 1 for the top)
• 250g flour
• 100g sugar
• 100g milk
• 100g oil
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
• 1/4 tsp liquid vanilla
✨ Pan Size & Baking
• 18 cm pan (short height)
• Bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes
