Double Kettlebell front squats
Every 90 seconds perform 6-8 reps for 8 rounds
Section B
Upper body giant set - 3 rounds
Bridge alternating chest press - 6-8/side
Dips 8-12
Upright rows 12-15
Rest 90 seconds between rounds
Section C
Conditioning - complete for time
50m overhead carry
30 front rack kneel to stand
40 sit ups
50m overhead carry
20 front rack kneel to stand
35 sit ups
20 front rack kneel to stand
50 m overhead carry
