Ilusiu, The Childish God (Secret Boss Deathless) - Something: Recreated

The best boss in the game, only slightly above Veltor for me though. This fight feels insanely polished and really shows a promising future for any new bosses added to the game. Ilusiu is also probably the hardest boss in the game, while I would never consider them difficult on any level they are the only boss I almost lost to. Deathlessing this wasn't that bad though, only issue was me not knowing how the final laser attack worked.

Ilusiu can be accessed post W3 by doing 4 challenges hidden under the shopkeeper in W1. Phase 1 Ilusiu is surprisingly not the easiest phase since their DPS output on certain attacks like the sword lasers and the raining projectiles can actually tank your HP if you don't play safe. Combine it with this phases being decently difficult to DPS during and its actually an interesting start. Phase 2 is the actual hardest phase. The red sword attack can ruin a deathless run pretty easily since it can be hard to react to some of the swings. Another problem attack is the counter attack, the signal for the counter comes pretty quickly so often you will accidentally hit the counter and get chunked. This phase also has a lot of attacks that typically force you away from Ilusiu so this is the hardest phase to DPS in. This is then immediately contrasted by Phase 3, the easiest phase. Ilusiu's hitbox becomes pretty giant and most of the attacks now don't do enough quick damage to chunk you before you heal, the only threat is the spinning orb attack this phase. The phase ends with a desperation attack which while really easy feels very satisfying to pull off since it calls back to all the challenges to unlock the boss and has nice music sync. Overall amazing boss fight and probably one of my favorites on the Roblox platform.
