Mango Avenue and Mango Square in Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines have a reputation of being an entertainment district. Many changes have occurred over the last 4 years with some bars moving and others changing ownership. Howling Dogs occupies the former El Gecko Bar space. There are a couple of bikini bars where there were once many. The Philly was formerly the All-Star Sports Bar. Bamboozers and Cubana are across from The Philly. There are a couple of new discos on the backside of Mango Square where there were once several. 301 Ramos Bar is the address of that bar and a friendly neighborhood bar. Bar Code bar is across the street from the National Bookstore. Ed Kelly's Bar, formerly called Billy's Bar is on Escario Street.
