Kingda Ka was an Intamin strata coaster with the fastest launch in North America at 128 mph and is still currently the world's tallest roller coaster at 456 feet in the air. Certainly, one of the best rides Great Adventure has to offer and is such an icon! Last year, the state of New Jersey approved Kingda Ka and Zumanjaro Drop of Doom to operate together which makes for even more of an insane experience!
Update: Kingda Ka was removed and imploded after the 2024 season to make way for a new for 2026 multi world record breaking launch coaster at Great Adventure.
