Art Supplies Organization | watercolor • oil pastels • color pencils • painting brushes tools

For me who like to paint so much, I love to collect all kinds of art materials. In order to keep the desktop tidy, today I plan to rearrange some of my frequently used art supplies. Let’s do it!

First of all, I start with the watercolor set. You can choose any brushes to clean up. After it gets wet with water, clean the surface of the dirty watercolor set, so as to avoid mixing other colors when painting next time. The palette can be cleaned with cotton swabs and paper towels dampened with water.
Secondly, I continue with those elegant painting pigments. The blue pigments are made of ore such as lapis lazuli; the green pigments are made of malachite; the other colors are made of plants. I place them according to the colors system, so that I can find the color I need quickly.
I choose some watercolor tubes according to my painting needs. The brands included are Winsor & Newton and Holbein. I also place them according to the type and color system.
Soft oil pastels are one of the easiest painting mediums for beginners to use. I chose three brands: Guelox, Paul Rubens, and Mungyo. Their material is somewhere between oil painting and crayon. While I’m organizing them, I arrange it according to the color system, so it will be very convenient to find during drawing projects.
The pencils in the box are Faber Castell oil-based color pencils, which I use with oil pastels drawing. They are very easy to draw details on oil-based paints.

Every once in a while, I will organize my painting supplies and tools. This helps me find the materials I need much more easily and saves my time. And I also enjoyed this entire relaxing moment. Hope you do as well~
