Jack Hill State Park / Georgia / A Campground Fav! / A Quick Trip to Savannah!

As we traveled further south in our Imagine XLS 17MKE, we found a fantastic tent and RV campground in Georgia! Jack Hill State Park (formerly known as Gordonia Altamaha State Park) is a wonderful lakeside campground and spent four wonderful nights with our lake view. The park offers a lot - nature trail, outdoor fitness area, fishing, day use, miniature golf, real golf and a lot more. The park is also about an hour away from the incredible and historic town of Savannah! With its 22 squares and moss-covered tree lined streets, Savannah makes a great day trip from this beautiful Georgia State Park!
