Today's topic is one that I've been sitting with a lot - over the last few years - as I have been working through my own layers of symptoms and nervous system dysregulation, and I'd like to offer the insight, knowledge and experience I've gained from it with anyone currently struggling or are "in the trenches" of therapy, or is a partner or family member of someone struggling with Borderline Personality Disorder.
