When you can't get to the gym or for what ever other reasons you don't have access to the gym equipment minimalist training might come handy.
Body weight combined with simple equipment like a resistance band or a pair of sliding (gliding) discs can add a challenge to your workout.
It is especially effective for the anterior side of your body.

On this video Mariusz Steckiewicz gives few examples of the sliding discs routines you may want to try. We'll show you how to do a full-body workout using gliding discs or sliders. These small discs are a great addition to any workout routine as they help increase the intensity of your exercises by adding instability to your movements.
