Trumbull County Commissioners Approve Pine Ave. Closure; East Liverpool Secures Route 39 Grant

WARREN, Ohio – Trumbull County Commissioners approved plans to close a portion of Pine Ave. in Warren indefinitely to make way for construction work at Kimberly-Clark's new $800M facility.
Plus, the city of East Liverpool has been awarded $1.9 million in state grant funding for professional engineering tied to its planned state Route 39 improvement project.
And the Holiday Inn Express in North Lima has been sold for $4.2 million.
