It is common knowledge that LUKLA in Nepal is one of the most dangerous airports in the world as there is only 1 way in and 1 way out. On the way in you have to aim exactly for the short runway or you hit the terrain and if you miss the start of the runway you have no go-around option and a big wall at the end of the runway. On the way out you have no way to stop once you start the takeoff and a huge drop down the mountain if you don't get airborne.
