In such a difficult situation, Udbhav could have given up, but he chose not to. Fueled by passion, he turned his love for food into a career. He started with a small restaurant called "Desi Jayka," faced challenges head-on, and gradually moved toward success.

His hard work and honesty propelled him forward. Slowly, he launched the "Honey Kalika" restaurant, realized his dreams, and today runs two restaurants and two food vans.
