In the tradition of the ancient martial arts masters was to start kata by an effective armlock with the original position of the hands - Kamae. In kata Chinte - this is Chinte-kamae, which creating a powerful pain impact on the hand of enemy and makes him literally fall to his knees in front of you.

Tettsui Uchi in kata Chinte is almost always performed slowly and with muscle tension. So in the kata indicated that these techniques accompany the resistance of the enemy. Most often slow techniques in kata represent as armlock. Based on this principle, we demonstrate bunkai first elements of kata Chinte for the three situations of Self Defense: Hand Grab Defense, Knife Threat Defense, Gun Threat Defense.

Qinna (Chin Na) is the art of seizing and controlling an opponent. It is a fast, effective way to subdue an attacker using joint locks, cavity press, bone misplacement, muscle grabbing, and artery sealing. Karate is a traditional martial art, and Qinna is an important part of your complete karate training.
