Honda HRN216 Mower Surging Issue, Cleaned Carburetor Jets and Still Won't Start Up. What NOW?!!?

In this video, I address the engine surging issue as seen from the last video. I followed all steps to cleaning the carb jets but it wouldn’t start up after. I realized what I had did wrong and this is probably what most DIYers probably had experienced when servicing their #Honda HRN216 mower’s carburetor. I provide the full step by step process in this video.
