Eating in and Exploring Innsbruck, Austria. A Beautiful City in the Alps

I eat in and explore the Austrian city of Innsbruck, which is located in the Alps. My adventure starts with a train ride from Salzburg to Innsbruck. After arriving, I admired some of the beautiful sights including the Goldenes Dachl (Golden Roof). For lunch I had a kebab at King’s Kebap. Then I enjoyed a pastry from Moschen Bäckerei along with an espresso from MANNA INNSBRUCK Delikatessen Café. After that, I took a series of cable cars to the Top of Innsbruck, which is a viewpoint on top of a mountain in the Nordkette mountain range. The views of Innsbruck, the Alps, and Karwendel Nature Park were amazing! After that, I checked into the MEININGER Hotel Innsbruck Zentrum. For dinner, I ate and drank at Tribaun, which is a popular gastropub. For my next day in Innsbruck, I got coffee from Edis Coffeehouse and a chocolate croissant from Der Bäcker Ruetz. Then I saw some amazing views from Stadtturm (City Tower). Next, I explored the beautiful Dom St. Jakob (Cathedral of St. James) which houses a historic painting by Lukas Cranach the Elder. Following that, I walked through the Hofgarten before having lunch at Koi Street Bar outside the Markthalle. Then I checked out the Swarovski store before having coffee at McDonald’s. After that, I visited the Golden Roof Museum. Finally, I had a great dinner at Stiftskeller Innsbruck.
