Inirekomenda na ng Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) sa Ombudsman na kasuhan sina dating Rep. Zaldy Co, Engr. Gerald Pacanan, dating DPWH MIMAROPA regional director, at iba pa base sa impormasyong kanilang nakalap. Kaugnay ito ng maanomalyang flood control project sa Naujan, Oriental Mindoro.
“Itong proyekto sa Oriental Mindoro, nakita namin mayroon pong maaaring imbestigahan for charges na po,” ayon kay ICI executive director Atty. Brian Hosaka.
Ang Sunwest Inc. na nauugnay kay Co ang umano'y contractor ng proyekto.
