Partnering for Promise: A Collaborative Community of Practice to Support BHSSA At-Promise Youth Grantees
Alameda, Amador, Mariposa, Nevada, Orange, Riverside, Santa Cruz, Sonoma, Stanislaus, Tehama, and Trinity Counties! Join us to collaboratively explore and integrate culturally sustaining practices into the ways that At Promise Youth grantees are conceptualizing and creating programs that serve the young people and those who support them.
Session 1 is our Welcome & Orientation, a moment to share where we are in our grant sunrise, what our POPPs are shaping to be (Purpose-Outcomes-Process-People) and an opportunity to shape and guide the following session topics. Sessions 2-5 will be a mix of practical tools, reflective dialogue, and community connection.
Through deep listening, co-creation, and reflective practice, we aim to strengthen our skills, share ideas, and solution-find to better support youth who are system-impacted and systematically marginalized too often underserved, but full of existing strengths and incredible promise.
