How to do:
First, choose a city;
Choose your ride. Remember: never choose Cop Cars, Secret Cars or Heavy Cars;
After the game start, move away from the start point;
Stop the car and get out;
Activate the Cop City code with PEC or other PSX Emulator Gameshark Tool;
Get back in the car;
Find a Cop Car;
After Cops follow you, find a roadblock;
Destroy the normal cop cars and hit the roadblock civilian cop cars.
