In this episode we meet one of Solid Waste’s Heavy Equipment Operators who works at the I-95 Disposal Complex. Luis Alcantara drives various large trucks to help move and compact the waste dropped off at I-95 by residential and small business customers. He then helps transport the material to Reworld, the waste-to-energy plant next door. After the incineration process, Luis brings the ashes back to I-95 to be buried.
