The easiest way to win this battle is to equip as many party members with Spirit Magic 2 as you can, then spam Gamble. Anyone who doesn't have Spirit Magic 2 should use Casting Support on someone who does. Physical attacks don't work in this battle. If you don't have Gamble for whatever reason, you have to pay attention to the element changes and cast the spell its weak to.
The Sorceress only attacks Sarah and you get a Game Over if her HP drops to 0.
