“So David went out wherever Saul sent him, and behaved wisely. And Saul set him over the men of war, and he was accepted in the sight of all the people and also in the sight of Saul’s servants.” ‭‭I Samuel‬ ‭18‬:‭5‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

One of the excellencies of Wisdom is the ability to promote.

Consider David. He was a young boy, fresh on the scene, with little to no experience in war but earned an instant promotion simply because he behaved wisely.

“For wisdom is better than rubies, And all the things one may desire cannot be compared with her.” ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭8‬:‭11‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The reason as to why many a Christian stay on the same level is because they lack wisdom of God and the earnest desire to acquire it.

It’s wisdom that will teach us how to communicate with people and behave among kings.

Wisdom will make you sustain what God has given you.

“The Lord by wisdom founded the earth; By understanding He established the heavens;” ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭3‬:‭19‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Additionally, the Wisdom of God has creative power!

Bazalel in Exodus 31:2-3, had been filled with the Spirit of Wisdom to build the Tarbernacle of meeting. When men tap into the wisdom of God, they gain creative power beyond academics.

Furthermore, Wisdom will preserve you and also give you discernment and discretion.
