Today's feature is an RnB and Hip Hop group from the early 2000s that came together in the most unlikely way and made waves in 2001 with two charting singles, one the top song on the rap charts. Their debut album went gold and was supposed to lead to major success going forward. But for foundational reasons they disbanded two years after and basically all disappeared from the industry musically. As they say, never mix business with pleasure, well Claudette Ortiz never heard the term, as she had relations with both bandmates at different times, which arguably is the main reason the group were no more. They had a spark when they started, even though they came in committing the ultimate crime of entanglement while in business together. They released only one album, nominated for a grammy, but... here we are.
