How to draw dog eyes in pastels | Step by step | Real time tutorial

In this step by step, real time tutorial I'll show how to draw a dog eye in pastels. I am using pastel pencils to create the realistic 3D sphere shape of the eye from a black Labrador drawing I've had the pleasure of creating. The tips and technique I share in this drawing tutorial can be applied to any eye drawing when working with pastels. It's important to study our reference photographs closely to notice any tiny reflections and details which help to bring the expression and emotion through the eye into the portrait.
