Hi Everyone,
Welcome back to my channel @LynnVlog.
I believe you all are familiar with noodles soup.
In Burma, there are many ethnic groups and largely in the states of Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Mon and Kayin. Their ethnic dishes are very people in our Burmese people and we love them all.
Today I am gonna prepare one of ethnic Shan dishes which are very popular and delicious, called “Shan Khout Swel” (“Shan Noodles”) which is available in dry and soup version. There are main two ingredients to get a flavourful and authentic Shan noodles taste which is shared detail in Vlog.
