the secret to preventing eco burnout lies in our daily routines 🍅

i totally realize that my anti-burnout routine is not going to be universally applicable — we are for sure more privileged than most. i’m able to work from home (to me this is a really nice place to be in, so that helps) and we’re child-free by choice so i’m lucky to have spare time to put toward my education and self-care and things like that. even though i’m not encouraging anyone to set up a routine exactly like mine, i think it’s helpful to see what works for others, and kinda picking and choosing what sounds amazing to our lives. it’s less about the particulars of the routine and more about the mindset behind them… so we can keep on rockin our earth care habits!
