INGREDIENTS:
For Crust:
1,5 cup Flour
0,5 cup Sugar
1 Egg
80 g. Butter
1 pkg. Baking Powder
1 pkg. Vanilla
1/2 tsp Salt
For Filling:
750 ml. Skimmed Quark
4 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
100 g. melted Butter
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 pkg. Vanilla Pudding Powder
0,5 cup Milk

Note: Don't forget to use a Vanilla Pudding without sugar added! If you can't find one, reduce the amount of Sugar you added to the cake.
