My New all-motor set up
Stock K20z3 head
Stock K24a block
Ported type s oil pump
Aftermarket springs and retainers
Drag cartel 3.2 cams
50° vtc cam gear
MH 35° limiter
Full Race Exhaust
FIC 1650 injectors
Walbro 525 fuel pump
6-8 fuel return system
Flex fuel (93oct/e85)
*k-tuned k24 post mount
Parts needed for the swap
Three 1/2 inch spacers/washers for each oil pan bolt if you’re using k20 headers (we added one more on eadh bolt, 4 total each)
K24 post mount
K24 head gasket
Adjustable ep3 idler pulley
Parts to swap over from your k20 to k24
Oil pan
Complete Head (optional)
Knock sensor
Crank position sensor
Oil pressure switch
Water pump housing if you’re not using a rbb2 k24
AC compresor
Alternator
Don’t forgot to use the correct oil dipstick! For
k-tuned/DC ones, you just have to move the
o-rings to properly read the oil amount
Cutting the vin-tag is a hit or a miss. Some people have gotten away with not cutting it off.
