Step By Step:
Step 1.) engage clutch turn on your PTO switch.
Step 2.) make sure all valves are closed both air valves and product valve.
step 3.) wait until your trailer gauges reach 11000 RPMs.
step 4.) Make sure you're down air and your aeration valves are open.
step 5.) You can start opening and closing your product valves in intervals of 3. Close product valve count to three open your product valve at the count of three until your hose is completely empty of product. 3 Repeat! this process until your holes is completely clear. Your trailer will bounce up and down continuously! That means your product is backfeeding into the first tank that you release your product from.
step 6.) continuously watch your gauges keep your eyes on both gauges. step 7 Gauges will start to lose pressure that's when you know you have unclog your hose.
step 8.) Once you have unclogged hose return to the cab disengage your PTO valve. Return to the trailer make sure your blowdown valve and your aeration valves are closed. Also you want to open all 3 air valves keep the product valves closed. Return to the cab start to build pressure by engaging your clutch and your PTO valve watch the gauges make sure they reach 11000 RPM. Now you open your blowdown valve and your aeration valve and then your product should start to flow smoothly.
