Hey there! The Jazz in My Soul Gaye-Scott Collaboration Concert is just around the corner, and I'm thrilled! I recently had the chance to visit the Central Stage on Washington Ave., where I got to experience the incredible talents of the "Birdseeds." These amazing young performers from the Heal Center for the Arts will be gracing us with their presence at our VIP Reception this Sunday at the Sheldon. Not only did I get to enjoy their music, but I also had the opportunity to learn more about the organization from the director and tenor sax player, Harvey Lockhart, who is a member of the Gaye-Scott Collaboration band.
