Corn tortillas (10-12 pieces)
Shredded chicken (3-4 cups)1/2 tsp chilli powder (cover chicken)
Cheddar cheese (2 cups)
1 Cup Pepper Jack
Cream of chicken soup
Cream of mushroom soup
Rotel tomatoes
Bell peppers 1/2 cup
1 15 ounce can drained pinto beans
1 pkg pre-cooked Spanish rice 8 ounces
1/2 cup chicken broth


Bake in preheated oven 360 degrees for 45 minutes

Mix chicken, soups, Rotel, and seasonings in a large bowl
Layer cooked heated corn tortillas, chicken mixture, and cheese in the baking dish
Repeat layers until ingredients are used
Bake for 30 minutes until golden and bubbly
