From Level 1 to 99 (ALL S CHAO VERSION!)

Meet Chaos! (Yes a very creative name indeed)
Chaos is a full S Chao that just reincarnated, so here we raise their stats to maximum before they evolve, of course.

Usually when raising to level 99 a second time, the S stat rank reaches around 3010-3030 most of the time. I got pretty rotten RNG here when the Fly stat only maxed to 2981 (which is probably the lowest I've ever seen for a max S rank after 1 reincarnation). On a good run you can get around 3040-3050, again this is if you're randomly raising stats between 26 to 30 points.

If you choose to minmax (so making sure every level up grants you 30 points, or a range like 28-30), you would reach over 3100 points. This might be something worth trying once you've got a Chao who's reincarnated with 3000 points.
