A Light Conversation - March: The Divine Law of Rhythm

March is about the divine law of rhythm

The law of rhythm uses a pendulum, as an example. So when things swing to one side, they will swing back to the other side.

This can apply to your emotions and it can apply to your business. If things are swinging to the right, they can swing to the left with just as much strength.

The law of rhythm states this because everything changes and everything has a cycle - so my suggestion for you this month is to find your own natural rhythm, your own flow, and find that flow filled with love and filled from the heart.

Anytime that you get frustrated or you find yourself in that pendulum getting aggravated or irritated to the far side, I want you to catch yourself or take that breath and take a pause and come back to home base, which is, I always say, coming back to the heart, right?

My goal for you this month is to give you that chance to find the balance within yourself.

Be gentle about it all, be soft about it all, and really enjoy your month of March.

When you find that balance within yourself and remember that you want to be grounded and come from your heart space with love and compassion, you're going to be okay.

Everything will work out for our higher good, so always remember the law of rhythm.

Come back to the flow of love and start again.

Realize that there is a divine flow and there is a lot of rhythm happening right now when we're moving from the cold weather, into warmer weather.

Just as we have the ocean, the tides go out and the tides come in.

You see change happening everywhere, even with flowers coming into bloom and then closing the buds and dying. There are cycles to everything.
