The Tiger Mountain Tai Chi Kung was developed by Master Kai-Ying Tung (tungkaiying.com) as a training exercise which can be done in a relatively small space, and is appropriate for all fitness levels. Each of the 9 movements is done standing with weight even on both feet, with fluid movements in the upper body.
