Welcome to the second video of the FREE Manifestation Course, here on the OhhMyAnnie YouTube channel! This energy cleansing guided meditation guided meditation is designed to help you cleanse your energy from your body and home, to release the heaviness and density so that you can manifest your dreams into reality. This meditation is one that was previously for my private clients, but now it's available to everyone! Enjoy this quick guided meditation, just 15 minutes to completely clear your energy and shift your state!
In the first video of the series, I had you work on Letting go, cleaning and decluttering and other release practices, to make space for the things you want to manifest. If you missed that video, make sure to watch it so that you can start from the beginning on this manifestation journey!

ACTION STEPS FOR THIS WEEK -
The one step morning routine! Whether you currently have a morning routine or not, this week I want you to start implementing at least this one step morning routine by starting the day off with meditation. Complete this energy release meditation, at least one. You can use it more than once this week, but I personally like to alternate and switch up meditations, day to day.
You can find a ton of guided meditations here on YouTube, however, if you LOVE my meditations, I put together a meditation vault of ALL of the meditations and guided visualizations I've recorded that have been available to my private clients. Do you have any resistance towards meditations or morning self care? I encourage you to think of how you can make this work for you.The goal is to start your day off feeling centered and nourished. If you find yourself "not having time" on some days, can you find a quick 3 minute meditation? Or even commit doing one later in the day?
If daily meditation sounds like A LOT to keep up with, set the intention to meditate every day for ONE week. You can totally do this consistently for one week. Then, if it feels goo and you want to continue on for another week after that one week is complete, continue on!
