Oil 150 ml
Bay Leaf 2 no
Star Anise 1 no
Mace 1no
Green Cardamom 4 no
Cloves 3 no
Fennel Seed 1/2 no
Sliced Onion 2 no
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp.
Slit Green Chilli 4 no
Sliced Tomato 2 no
Double Beans 200 gm
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 2 tbsp.
Garam Masala 1 tbsp.
Beaten Curd 50 ml
Crystal Salt as needed
Chopped Coriander 50 gm
Chopped Mint 50 gm
Boiling Water 1200 ml
Basmati Rice 600 gm
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp.
Ghee 2 tbsp.
Fried Bread as needed
