On October 14, 2025, Windows 10 will reach its end of life. Microsoft is retiring Windows 10 and encouraging all customers to upgrade to Windows 11. Upgrading, however, may create application compatibility issues. The upgrade may also trigger software and hardware upgrade costs. Staying on Windows 10 is an option, but comes with significant risks and additional fees.
