The first step into creating the scenic element of the layout, creating the hillside at the back of the village.
I've went a bit old school and built a chicken wire and paper mache hillside. This is a very cost effective way to create a hillside that looks natural.
I'll show you how I've went about building the hill, incorporating two tunnel exits and making sure there is enough clearance below it for the incline to pass through.
