Mozart Requiem - Conductor Allison Thorpe, Concertmaster Stephanie Quinn

I had the honor and privilege of serving as Concertmaster for a breathtaking performance of Mozart’s Requiem in D minor—a work that still feels as if it echoes from another realm. Collaborating with Allison Thorpe, a fellow Eastman School of Music alum, made the experience all the more profound. This monumental masterpiece has reverberated far beyond the concert hall, appearing in iconic films such as Amadeus, The Godfather, and She Dies Tomorrow.

Ms. Quinn is a multi-genre conservatory-trained performer & teacher of Violin & Piano: William Browning at American Conservatory of Music, Charlie Castleman at Eastman School, and Felix Galimir of the Juilliard School. She currently leads her Quinn Quartet, as well as trios, duos, solo work.
