US 'captures' Maduro | Shock and celebrations in Caracas | US to 'run' Venezuela, including oil

Venezuela's president, Nicolas Maduro, and his wife, Celia Flores, are tonight being held in the United States.

In a dramatic series of events, the couple were taken from their Caracas compound in a swift strike in the middle of the night.

Venezuelan officials say at least 40 people were killed in the attack.

President Donald Trump emerged hours later to say the US will temporarily 'run' Venezuela.
