CT scan of dedifferentiated liposarcoma mimicking a primary colon mass. Coronal CT shows focal colo-colonic intussusception with a large fatty mass seen along the outer wall of the colon near the hepatic flexure. There is mass-like heterogeneous fat with linear areas of soft tissue density interspersed within it in the right hemi-abdomen extending along the right paracolic gutter into the right inguinal canal. Extension of the heterogeneous fat along the right colonic wall in the region of the hepatic flexure is also seen. Infiltration of the mass along the colonic wall resulting in a focal colo-colonic intussusception is also seen.
