So what have I found out, as mentioned a 16v I have been working on had some running issues, the timing just wasn't right, it was missing and farting under load???
What did I find??
The trigger windows on a stock OEM 16v distributor are 15.5mm
The ones on this aftermarket distributor are 13mm, well three are one was 14.5mm
That's just pure poor manufacturing, this is such a vital part! it's what determines the spark point.
