Walsall Station (West Midlands) on 29th May 1992
Continuing with my archive of video recording between the years of 1986 to 2001 this clip is of Walsall taken on 29/05/1992. A rather wet but calm day from the shelter of the adjoining multi storey car park beside the station I managed to capture a variety of workings in the hands of Class 31s, Class 37s, Class 47s, and Class 58s. The half hourly shuttles between here and Birmingham were formed of 4 car EMUs. I hope the video takes you back to this period with fond memories.
